Crossroads Beef Terms of Service

Welcome to Crossroads Beef. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or pricing errors.

2. Shipping
We ship frozen orders directly from our ranch in Iowa. Packages are insulated and include dry ice or ice blankets to ensure they arrive in good condition. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive the package upon delivery.

3. Perishable Products
Because our beef is perishable, all sales are considered final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theherd@crossroadsbeef.com. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Product Availability
Our products are small-batch and may sell out. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

5. Use of Our Site
All content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Crossroads Beef and may not be copied or used without permission.
