For families who want to stay stocked longer, our 20 lb Family Essentials Collection takes everything you love about the 10 lb set and adds even more, including cheddar cheese beef brats and a roast in every option. Each collection builds on the everyday staples families reach for most: ground beef, patties, stew meat, fajita strips, brats, and roasts. Some options also bring in steaks for nights when you want something extra special. However you choose, you will have the right mix of cuts ready for quick weeknight meals, slow-simmered favorites, and weekend grilling.

Add an extra touch of indulgence to your steak with this simple and delicious garlic herb butter sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
