Every Juicy Detail

Our sirloin steaks come with the prized sirloin cap fully intact—a feature that sets them apart. This cap, also known as the coulotte, rump cap, or picanha, is often removed and sold separately as its own cut. By keeping it on, we ensure you experience the full depth of flavor, rich marbling, and juicy bite that make this steak truly special.

Grill, broil, or sear in a cast iron skillet; high heat creates a caramelized crust that locks in bold character, leaving  a tender interior.

Offering the best of both worlds—the sirloin’s hearty richness and the celebrated cap’s succulent texture—this steak is a standout on any table. From its bold flavor to its versatility, our sirloin steak proves that sometimes more really is better.
