Every Juicy Detail
Sometimes the best recipe is knowing when to leave well enough alone. Our Ground Sirloin is made exclusively from premium sirloin, giving you the clean, hearty flavor this exceptional cut is known for. Naturally lean with a satisfying texture, it's a wonderful choice when you want something a little lighter without giving up the rich taste of good beef.
Like all of our beef, it's dry-aged for 14 days before grinding. During that time, moisture slowly evaporates, concentrating the beef's natural flavor while enzymes gently tenderize the meat. The result is a richer, deeper beef flavor and a satisfying bite that lets simple recipes shine.
Ground Sirloin feels right at home in burgers, tacos, chili, stuffed peppers, pasta sauces, and countless weeknight favorites.
